DOM PÉRIGNON
Dom Perignon (with box) 2010
DOM PÉRIGNON
The luminous sweetness of tropical fruit – green mango, melon, pineapple – instantly shines. It then cedes to more temperate notes, the tingle of orange zest, the mist of a mandarin orange. The Wine breathes, revealing its freshness. The bloom after the rain. A tactile sensation of peony, jasmine and lilac.Dom Perignon pairs beautifully with seafood and fish such as oysters, scallops, and sea bass; and meats such as veal, quail, and foie gras. It also pairs well with cheese such as parmesan, vegetables such as leeks, truffles, and mushrooms, and herbs and spices including ginger, cumin, and saffron.

DOM PÉRIGNON
Dom Perignon P2 2002
DOM PÉRIGNON
Dom Pérignon Vintage 2002 Plénitude 2 expresses confident, enhanced maturity. The assertive character of this Wine now gives it genuine and authentic power; a delicate complexity woven through with freshness and minerality, coming together in a light texture. It conjures up pale gold, enhanced with the energy of light: radiant gold. Its complexity starts out warm, golden, shimmering, with eastern exoticism: crystallised fruits, frangipane, sweet spices, fresh coriander. On the first nose, saffron is greyer and more saline, with the bouquet slowly becoming complex and then more austere, mysterious, clean and soothing.

DOM PÉRIGNON
Dom Perignon Rose (luminated label) 2006
DOM PÉRIGNON
The bouquet is mesmerizing, ripe, and complex. The opening notes are a blend of dark spices and cocoa which develop very quickly into fruit aromas. Fruit reigns supreme, with roasted fig and apricot and candied orange. The overall effect exudes smoky accents. The fullness of the Wine is immediately striking. Its intensity and succulence set the tone through the sweetness and crisp punch of the flavors. The silky mouthfeel melts into a smooth, tight, and grainy structure with just a hint of vegetable flavors. The Wine expresses an appealing brininess and saline character.

Domaine De Baronarques “Chardonnay” 2016
Baron Philippe de Rothschild
The Wine has a clear, glittering colour with a greenish tint. The refined and complex nose reveals pear and white blossom aromas mingled with elegant, judicious oak that brings vanilla, toast and spice notes. From a full and well-balanced attack, the mid-palate yields tree fruit and white pepper flavours together with touches of hawthorn set off by a succulent, smooth and opulent body, leading into an intensely flavoured and beautifully fresh finish.

Champagne Jeaunaux Robin
Eclats de Meuliere Brut Nature N.V.
Champagne Jeaunaux Robin
Grapes picked manually in search of an optimum sugar / acid Traditional pressing. Alcoholic fermentation by seeding in stainless steel and enamel tanks and oak barrels over 10 years old (25%). Partial malolactic fermentation. Unadjusted declination of the cuvee ficlats de Meuliere, this natural brut naturally expresses the typicality of our clay-limestone soils and enhances the authentic aromas of Pinot Meunier. Like all our non-vintage white champagnes, this vintage is made with about 1/6 th of Wines vinified in oak barrels, giving it body and balance. Very mineral, this Wine goes well with oysters. Clear colour, fine and regular bubbles. The nose is open and composed of primary notes, which evoke freshness and fruit. A champagne with clear aromas. Slightly salty, it delivers all the minerality of the terroir.
