Straw yellow colour. Intense aromas of rose petals and white fleshed fruits dominate the nose. The taste is characterized by freshness due to the high acidity, soft round texture and a long aftertaste. At the end of the fermentation, the Wine remains in contact with lees for a few weeks. Excellent as aperitif or with Mediterranean cuisine, seafood, grilled fish, fresh salads and pasta.
