Shirakane-no-Tsuyu

White kouji and sweet potato in an amphora. A masterpiece, distilled entirely in wooden vats. It is a handmade sweet potato shochu made from the registered tangible cultural property “Ishikura”. It is the supreme gem that the whole amount is distilled with a wooden barrel distiller. It has a sweet scent of plump potatoes and has moist and sufficient umami.
