Powerful and punchy taste from the black kouji. It has been passed down to generations since the first year of Tenbo’s 2 (1831), and now it is a 7th generation. This 7th Generation Himeno is a shochu made with all black koji koji. This authentic shochu shochu product is made with the advancement of malt mold, and the taste of black malt mold, which makes it even more flavorful. Furthermore, the shochu has a more mellow taste thanks to the two-stage insertion.
