Gorgeous garnet color. The pleasant scent offers fruit tones of strawberries, vivid ripe cherry, blackberries and has some hints of spice, chocolate and dry sun baked soil. The palate follows up on what the aroma promises; lively ripe berry fruit but with underlying hints of dry dusty soil and wild herbs, such as rosemary and thyme that grow in the hills here. The Wine is full, with nice structure, tannins are medium and the finish is slightly gravely. Excellent quality / price ratio.
