Contri Viola is a large Italian wine producer based in the village of Cazzano di Tramigna in the Veneto wine region. The estate was founded by Luciano Contri in 1959, who named it for himself. The name was later simplified to Contri Spumanti in 1980, coinciding with the release of its first spumante and Charmat Method sparkling wines.
