Brilliant purple in color. The aroma is powerful with excellent depth of fruit and richness. Spices, blueberries and lightly toasted oak dominate the nose. The palate shows really serious structure. It has a fine natural concentration, without being forced, enticing with hints of eucalyptus and cassis. Tannins are grainy but fully developed and it finishes long and full. This has everything that one expects from a good Talbot.
