Feudi Del Pisciotto
This is one that is great on its own and with food. A hug for your mouth. Nose is raisins and a slight green pepper. Drinking it had a n earthy quality that’s like eating the ripest beat. Sweet but still rooted. Ripen strawberries are also on the palette.

CHÂTEAU DU TERTRE
Château du Tertre is an estate located in Margaux in Bordeaux, France. It was classified as a fifth growth in the 1855 Classification of the Medoc and Graves and its 52 hectares (128 acres) of vineyards have been unchanged ever since. Both the grand vin and second wines are made from a blend of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, alongside Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Château du Tertre sits on one of the highest outcrops on the Medoc. Here the soils are mostly gravel, which allows for excellent drainage as well some stress on the roots on the vines as they are forced to dig deeper for more nutrients and minerals.
