Chateau Bonnet

Deep, dark, ruby-red colour with purple highlights. Rich, complex bouquet of red fruit (morello cherry), wax, and Virginia tobacco. Starts out smooth and straightforward on the palate. Generous, refined, and well-balanced with beautiful structure, as well as wonderful concentration and delicious flavours of ripe red and black fruit. The tannin is particularly soft. The aftertaste features hints of sweet spice (cinnamon). The Wine shows great vivaciousness and freshness that make it very appetising. In order to make the most of its qualities, you might wish to enjoy it with beef, lamb, or quiche.
