Altivo
Vineyard Selection Chardonnay 2015
Altivo
On the nose, this cab is pure darkness. Intense blackberry and cassis, with mocha, caramel and a hint of rose petal. Dense on the palate with focused cassis and plum fruit, highlighted by mocha, toast and chestnut. Much darker and deeper than the Blueline merlot and cabernet franc. Tinges of black cherry soda and loam carry the hedonistic finish

Ideal as an aperitif. Also with regional Argentina food: locro, empanadas salteñas and barbecue with sweetbreads, blood sausage and grilled vegetables. Serve at 6-8 ºC.

DOMAINE BITOUZET-PRIEUR
Volnay 2015
DOMAINE BITOUZET-PRIEUR
Les Aussy is a generous Premier Cru vineyard, and the 2017 characteristically offers rich and earthy red fruit, more concentration and density than the village Wine and a more refined tannic structure. There is plenty of charm and approachability here, but a little more stuffing than its little brother.

Domaine De La Vougeraie
Vougeot Les Clos Blanc 1er Cru 2015
Domaine De La Vougeraie
It is easy to underestimate this Wine. In its youth it can be explosive with luscious, expansive aromatics, just as now; but the palate tells a different story, which is tight, locked and uncommunicative – but that just sets things up for the future.
