Dr. Burklin Wolf
Riesling Trocken Deutscher Qualitatswein 2016
Dr. Burklin Wolf
The Rieslings here are dry or just off dry, with high natural alcohol levels, great power and rapier-like acidity. Hand harvested from de-classified 1er cru vineyards into small boes and quickly taken to the Winery. Whole bunch pressed. Fermented in stainless steel vats at 16 C using indigenous yeasts. 85% matured in tank, 15% in old 2500 Litre oak casks for 8 months. Bright pale lemon coloured with a piercing nose of white fruits, peach blossom and preserved lemon. The palate is medium bodied, dry and has great intensity of fruit, balanced by mouth-watering acidity. The finish is clean and very long

KESSELSTATT
Sommerpalais Riesling (off-dry) 2019

Bright yellow. Fragrance of star fruit, grapefruit, peach and sweet ripe pear. The taste is apple and pear, the scent is reminiscent of exotic fruits such as pineapple and grapefruit and a nuance of fresh mint. The well integrated acidity and tickling minerality ensure a fresh drinking pleasure.

Wachenheimer Riesling 2017
Dr. Burklin Wolf
Lightly pungent nose with some perceptible ripeness on the front palate and a dry finish. Really lovely now. Quite intense but open already. Satin teture. But no death by alcohol. Lots of etract though. I think it might go a bit petrol with bottle age so drink young if you don't like this characteristic.

Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Aus Gold 2018
Joh.Jos.Prum
Heady and head-spinningly diverse floral perfume, nut pastes and pit fruit preserves inform the nose and the luscious, glossy, creamy, delicate palate of this beauty. Nougat and quince jelly are the strongest midpalate impressions. Lime zest and fruit pit serve for welcome, enlivening counterpoint on a finish whose vibrancy and exuberance are amazing, especially from a Wine of such sheer overall richness and ripeness as well as such creaminess of texture.

Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese 2018

There's a truly staggering interplay of mineral freshness and super fine, white peach, mangosteen and fresh pineapple in this dangerously vibrant Auslese, which lifts you out of your chair. Enormous aging potential, but so seductive now. Drink or hold.
