DOM PÉRIGNON
Dom Perignon (with box) 2010
DOM PÉRIGNON
The luminous sweetness of tropical fruit – green mango, melon, pineapple – instantly shines. It then cedes to more temperate notes, the tingle of orange zest, the mist of a mandarin orange. The Wine breathes, revealing its freshness. The bloom after the rain. A tactile sensation of peony, jasmine and lilac.Dom Perignon pairs beautifully with seafood and fish such as oysters, scallops, and sea bass; and meats such as veal, quail, and foie gras. It also pairs well with cheese such as parmesan, vegetables such as leeks, truffles, and mushrooms, and herbs and spices including ginger, cumin, and saffron.

DOM PÉRIGNON
Dom Perignon P2 2002
DOM PÉRIGNON
Dom Pérignon Vintage 2002 Plénitude 2 expresses confident, enhanced maturity. The assertive character of this Wine now gives it genuine and authentic power; a delicate complexity woven through with freshness and minerality, coming together in a light texture. It conjures up pale gold, enhanced with the energy of light: radiant gold. Its complexity starts out warm, golden, shimmering, with eastern exoticism: crystallised fruits, frangipane, sweet spices, fresh coriander. On the first nose, saffron is greyer and more saline, with the bouquet slowly becoming complex and then more austere, mysterious, clean and soothing.

DOM PÉRIGNON
Dom Perignon Rose (luminated label) 2006
DOM PÉRIGNON
The bouquet is mesmerizing, ripe, and complex. The opening notes are a blend of dark spices and cocoa which develop very quickly into fruit aromas. Fruit reigns supreme, with roasted fig and apricot and candied orange. The overall effect exudes smoky accents. The fullness of the Wine is immediately striking. Its intensity and succulence set the tone through the sweetness and crisp punch of the flavors. The silky mouthfeel melts into a smooth, tight, and grainy structure with just a hint of vegetable flavors. The Wine expresses an appealing brininess and saline character.

Champagne Franck Pascal
Fluence Brut Nature N.V.
Champagne Franck Pascal
In this Fluence cuvée, the bubbles are wise to let the density and the minerality of the Wine express itself. The nose evokes both pear, aromatic herbs and iodine. The mouth evolves between the pear, the grapefruit and the chalk. It is the quality and maturity of the grape that replaces it and which naturally give a long, dense and chiseled Wine, with a lively and round finish at the same time.
