unfiltered. From chalky soils in the village of Champtin, this is made from organically grown grapes with natural yeasts. A reductive matchstick nose shows lovely citrus fruits. The palate has a really nice mineral core with taut citrus and pear fruit, real complexity and nice texture. Very fine and expressive with keen acidity.
