ORNELLAIA

Ornellaia is an icon of Italian wine, known as one of the great original "Super-Tuscan" producers in the Bolgheri DOC in Toscana, Italy. Its flagship namesake wine, Ornellaia is made predominantly from Cabernet Sauvignon, with a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. The estate also produces a Merlot-predominant wine, Massetto, which has achieved cult status and is one of the most sought-after labels in the wine world. A second and third wine, Le Serre Nuove and Le Volte is also produced. These wines are more approachable but nevertheless created in the spirit of Ornellaia, upholding its high-quality standards of winemaking.
