Domaine Pascal Cotat

The Grande Cote is a clay and limestone plot. This terroir produces Wines of a beautiful tension, carved for the hints of lemon, almond with smoky notes. Produced from a legendary parcel of marl and limestone, this Wine is a pure expression of its terroir. Pascal Cotat intervenes as little as possible: no fining nor filtration. The Wine is chiseled and powerful with notes of white fruit. On the palate, there is a pleasant minerality and elegance. Age for 5 to 10 years.
