A nice hay-like yellow colour. Copious melon on the initial nose. This settled down to become a lovely, punchy and nicely nuanced Wine. Ripe lemon, sweet spice, cantaloupe, wet stone, fiery saline and some grass around the edges. Complex but simple—and that’s hard to pull off.
