The Nuits Saint Georges “Aux Chaignot” is a Burgundy red Wine from the homonimous Premier Cru, with a smooth and mineral sensory profile, produced from Pinot Noir from the Côte de Nuits, vinified and aged in new oak barrels. Rich in juicy and fruity aromas and delicately spicy notes, the palate is dense and enveloping, very elegant and balanced, with a good structure and an elegant saline persistence.

DOMAINE DE BELLENE
Domaine de Bellene was founded by Nicolas Potel in Beaune in Burgundy in 2005. It has plots in nine different Premier Cru vineyard that are spread across the appellations of Beaune, Savigny-Les-Beaune and Vosne-Romanée. The focus is on the cultivation of very old vines, with the domaine's oldest 104-year-old vines located in the Premier Cru climat of Les Greves. Harvest is carried out by hand and vinification is kept as natural as possible.
