Montes , Alpha Chardonnay is a great new world expression of the variety. This Chardonnay is aged sufficiently in new French oak - the oak is present but does not overpower the grape. Aromas of peach and tropical fruits are distinct on the first nose. Digging in reveals surprising complexity of secondary notes. This is a great fruity and complex Chardonnay, with an attractive price to quality ratio.

CHÂTEAU HAUT POUGNAN
A delicate and light white predominately made up of Sauvignon Blanc (70%). It has a well balanced acidity with a floral nose and is neither too dry or too fruity. It is also 25% Semillion and 5% Muscadelle. In our view it is an excellent spring / summer Wine.

Contri Viola is a large Italian wine producer based in the village of Cazzano di Tramigna in the Veneto wine region. The estate was founded by Luciano Contri in 1959, who named it for himself.
