Medium to deep garnet colored, the 2007 Proprietary Red Blend Amuse Bouche, a blend of 94% Merlot and 6% Cabernet Franc, features a very earthy/savory nose of smoked meats, yeast extract, violets and chocolate box with a core of preserved plums, blueberry compote and cigar box. Full-bodied, rich and spicy with wonderful freshness, it sports beautifully plush tannins in the mouth, paving the very long and wonderfully decadent finish.

GRAPE : Merlot, Cabernet Franc
The Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 in typical Woodbridge style comes with an excellent balance of juiciness from plums and blackberries with the aromas of tobacco and tartness from caramel. The Wine displays a superior, musculine structure, giving a full-bodied, tannic texture.
REGION :California, USA
GRAPE : Cabernet Sauvignon
The Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 from Robert Mondavi is lovely, intensely aromatic and hugely drinkable Wine. It delivers powerful dark fruits and vanilla, balanced with spices, cardamom, and licorice flavors on the nose. The finish is long, mouth-watering, and oaky. It can be drunk now or aged for another 2-5 years.
Bright violet color. An explosively perfumed bouquet evokes an array of ripe red and dark berry, floral pastille and incense scents, along with suggestions of cola, mocha and smoky minerals. Conveys a compelling blend of richness and vivacity on the palate, offering deeply concentrated black raspberry, cherry liqueur, spicecake and candied lavender flavors that spread out on the back half. Showy but also impeccably balanced, finishing with slowly arriving velvety tannins and remarkable clarity and cling. A star of this superb vintage, which isn't short of standout Wines.

GRAPE : Pinot Noir
Cos d'Estournel is a vineyard and winery in the Saint-Estèphe appellation of the Médoc. In the 1855 Classification, it was classified as a second growth and remains one of the most prominent and sought-after of all Bordeaux wines. Historically, the Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant grand vin has had a high percentage of Merlot compared with other Médoc growths. Cos d'Estournel is dark, brooding and tannic when young, developing complexity and intensity with time. Cos d'Estournel's second wine, Les Pagodes de Cos is made from younger vines in vineyard areas designated for the grand vin.
